 About Me

I was born in  Scotland and migrated to Australia in 1981.
I am an identical twin
I just completed my first triathalon
I am learning to surf with my 7 year old son, its super fun
I love nothing more than snuggling my kids
I love to run, read and relax in life
I am married and have been for 9 years to a wonderful man
I have a 6 year old daughter and 7 year old son
I have just discovered the fun of camping
I  love to talk!!!

To love someone deeply gives you strength. Being loved by someone deeply gives you courage

Reflection

During the course of this unit I have be apprehensive when commencing each new task, learning new technologies along with the frustrations have certainly been a challenge. On completion of each task I have felt a real sense of acheivement and advancement. Along the journey of this unit I have discovered some great new technologies such as Jing, which allows you to snapshot and be creative. Another really useful software I have started using is paint along with google docs and google maps. I have learnt how to use wikispace as a useful communication resouce tool, Flickr as a image resouce. I have created presentations using power point with narrative audio. Also endnotes which is a wonderful referenceing tool I will use throughout my university experience. Diigo is another resouce tool which I will benefit from in my future teaching career. I certainly never though when I started this unit I would know and comfortably beable to create a Yola website and blog, but there you go I have and I am really proud of it.
