Researcher task 2 update

I have been working on the reasearcher task and after some research have decided on my topic of Literacy and learning. I have found great book The Handbook of Literacy and Technology by David Reinking,
Michael Mckenna , Linda Labbo, & Kieffer which I found, using the Murdoch Find it seacher. I think this book will be a great resouce for my future teaching career as it focuses on incorporating technology into classrooms. Youth in a Digital Age by Rob White is from another unit of study I am undertaking at university and felt it really gives a great understanding connecting technology to our younger generation.
I have used ERIC for my journal article and found the article An electronic literacy approach to network based language teaching the article demonstrates how the internet is not only a learning tool but fast becoming the primary media for the teaching of literacy and communication. I have also used GoogleScholar and Murdoch Find it which Jan recommended using in our lectures and have found to be really user friendly. I have also been searching the web for podcasts and have come across some great podcasts that can be downloaded and you can subscribe to which I have done for iPad In Australia which you can find at www.apple.com/educators/itunesu
I am however struggling a bit with the endnotes and even after our session in the library am having some difficulty. I am going to go to the library tomorow to see If I can get some assistance and go from there. I will also discuss with my peers and see what advice I can get from them, I will also review the discussion forum, I will keep you posted....
