So last week I cleared some time in the day to have a go at assessment 1b and I had decided to use Shelfari as my social networking site for a book club I was going to form. I have just been on the phone to IT services murdoch as I was having a serious meltdown trying to submit my 1st assessment and as it turns out I had to submit using firefox as my other browsers was not cooperating.

I am now going to attempt to send of my assessment.  I think the drawback of being 37 is it takes me twice as long as someone of say 19 to do technology based tasks. The digital natives are wizzing past me but the turtle always gets there in the end, wish me luck !

I was just saying to my sister the other day, before I started university I had a hotmail account that I have had forever and now all of a sudden I have a website, a blog, a google account, diigo and a Murdoch email plus much more in the space of two weeks. I have just come into my blog to see what I needed to edit after attempting some changed on my mobile after my lecture on Wednesday and have decided it is best to edit from a laptop since fingers are not going to push as many incorrect keys when typing, also the writting is alot easier to read and edit via a laptop.
